Everyone talks about schools, commute times, and square footage.

Nobody talks about your teenager. PCS orders turn adult lives upside down. But for a 15-year-old, it means leaving the only friends they’ve ever known, walking into a school where everyone already has their people, and starting completely over – sometimes for the third or fourth time. That’s a lot to carry.

We built the Teen Sponsor program because we’ve seen it firsthand. Military families are tough — but tough doesn’t mean it’s easy.

The concept is simple: we connect your incoming teen with a local Clarksville teen before your move. Someone who knows the school, the area, and what it actually feels like to be a kid here. Not a pamphlet. A real person.

One connection before arrival can change everything about how a teenager experiences a new place.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

You reach out. Fill out the short form below. Tell us your teen’s age, school zone if you know it, and a few interests — sports, music, gaming, whatever fits them.

Step 2

We make the match. We connect you with a local family whose teen is a similar age and has similar interests. All communication goes parent to parent first.

Step 3

Introduction happens. We make the intro. What happens from there is up to the families. We’re not managing the relationship – we’re just opening the door.

That’s it. No program to join. No ongoing commitment. Just a connection that might make a real difference.

A Note From Us

This is a voluntary introduction service. Recon Real Estate facilitates parent-to-parent introductions only. We do not supervise, manage, or monitor any communications or relationships between families. Participation is completely optional and free.

We’re real estate agents — not a nonprofit, not a counseling program. We’re just people who understand military family life and wanted to do something about the part nobody else addresses.

Who This Is For

Military families with teenagers PCS’ing to Fort Campbell or the Clarksville area. If your kid is between 13 and 18 and you want them to have at least one familiar face before day one of school, this is for them.
