The Clarksville Standard was created by Eddie and Kimi Hutchinson, the team behind Recon Real Estate. Eddie is a 20-year Army veteran with 5 combat deployments and 8 PCS moves of his own. Kimi is a military spouse who has navigated 4 PCS moves herself. They know what it feels like to land in a new city with 30 days notice and no real roadmap.
